Data Strategy Tech Lead

Description: Lead internal initiatives within SentiLink’s Tech organization focusing on data-intensive systems and foundational datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the quality, reliability, and usability of internal systems and datasets. Requirements: 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products. Hands-on experience with large datasets in distributed or big-data environments (e.g., Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake). Strong understanding of big data concepts, data pipelines, and data modeling. Proven ability to manage large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Benefits: Salary range: $180,000/year - $230,000/year + equity + benefits.
