Senior Rust Engineer - High Frequency Trading (HFT)

Description: Seeking a Senior Rust Engineer with trading systems experience to join the Capital Markets division. Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing low-latency trading systems and driving continuous improvement in system performance. Requirements: Production-grade Rust experience; proficiency with Tokio is a strong advantage. Hands-on experience in systematic trading environments (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative Trading). Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including cloud infrastructure for latency-sensitive workloads. Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation and operational tooling. Familiarity with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket) and low-latency networking. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fully remote global team.
