(learn more at www.pplfirst.com). An AI focused QA Engineer develops and executes tests that produces AI assisted automation covering functional, security, boundary, and other necessary test cases. Job Summary Experienced AI-driven QA Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining intelligent automated testing solutions across web, mobile, and API platforms. This role blends hands‑on AI tool usage, test framework development, cross‑team collaboration, and continuous integration practices to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable automation. The engineer also contributes to R&D initiatives, mentors junior team members, and drives best‑practice coding standards while validating AI model performance and reliability. AI Test Automation
- Designs and builds AI‑powered automated tests and frameworks to support complex software systems.
- Validates AI model outputs against expected behavior and performance metrics. Cross‑Team Collaboration
- Partners closely with software engineers to improve automation feasibility and coverage.

- Promotes coding standards, conducts peer reviews, and reduces automation maintenance through strong engineering practices.
- Leads R&D efforts, evaluates AI automation tools, and mentors junior team members. Required Skills:
- Experience automating test cases using AI tool.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts, and proficiency in a programming language like C#, Java or Python.
- Experience with automated testing tools
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Debugging skills, solid knowledge of SQL for analysis and debugging.
- Experience building measurements and continuous improvement into software.
- Ability to satisfy complex business requirements through simple design and execution.
- Experience with load and performance testing.
- Experience with front-office financial services operations a plus.
- Experience with continuous deployment/integration a plus.
