- Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
- Guide new clients through the enrollment process.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing client support.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
- Develop personalized solutions based on each client's needs.
- Respond promptly to client questions and follow up as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
