Power BI Analyst - Work from home

Description: Develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for decision-making in the mining and construction sector. Collaborate with Australian-based stakeholders to understand reporting needs and enhance data quality. Extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple systems for reporting and analysis. Create and optimize DAX measures and Power Query transformations. Monitor report performance and maintain dashboards. Investigate data discrepancies and support consistent reporting standards. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, or data analysis. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis. Ability to translate business requirements into structured reporting solutions. Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and reporting quality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently in an offshore support model aligned to Australian business hours.
