AI Solutions Engineer (Contractor) - Fully Remote

Description: Consultant role focused on leveraging AI and automation in the legal industry to streamline workflows and optimize operations. Reports directly to the CEO and responsible for assessing processes and implementing a firm-wide AI strategy. Requirements: Proven experience in implementing AI and automation solutions in legal or professional services environments. Expertise in AI agents, LLM integrations, and tools like LangChain, n8n, Make, or Zapier. Experience with building or deploying MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. Strong skills in process improvement, executive communication, and change management. Litigation and legal technology experience preferred; knowledge of California employment law is a plus.
